How To Use Brain-Based Training TO BECOME A Much Better PICKLEBALL PLAYER
Even if You've Ben Stuck At The Same Level For Longer Than You Care To Remember!
The level of pickleball you can play is completely dictated by your hand to eye coordination and movement abilities. The good news is that you can improve your hand to eye coordination and movement at any age using brain based training. During the free live challenge, you're going to learn how to do it. So that you can raise your pickleball level.
Here’s What You Can Expect From The Neuro Pickleball Challenge
DAY 1
Neuro Pickleball Assessments
At the start of the session, you'll learn about neuroplasticity and how brain-based training can be used at any age to increase skill.
Then you'll go through a series of brain-based assessments, to identify underlying limitations that are reducing your performance.
Vision Assessments
Are visual deficits reducing your reaction speed, preventing you from tracking the ball optimally or causing you to lose focus and make poor decision?
Balance Assessments
Is reduced balance preventing you from moving well around the court or causing issues with your ball tracking?
Coordination Assessments
Do you have coordination deficits that are preventing you from learning certain techniques and controlling your shots?
DAY 2
Upgrading Your Coordination
Using Brain-Based Training
In session 2, you're going to learn how to use brain-based training to increase your coordination!
Great coordination is what enables you to learn high-level technique. It's what lets you have soft hands when you are dealing with bangers. It's what enables you to use different types of spin, so you can force errors from opponents, instead of relying on them missing. It's what lets you keep the ball low over the next instead of hitting 3rd's and dinks that pop up ready to be killed.
This isn't just a theory session, where you sit listening to me... You will be going through a series of brain activation drills and my goal / expectation is that everyone will have improved coordination by the ned of day 2!
DAY 3
Upgrading Vision Using
Brain-Based Training
In session 3, you are going to learn how to use brain-based training to increase your visual ability.
Everything in pickleball depends on how well you can see. You need great vision to have fast reactions. To be able to use good footwork to move into position, so you're not reaching all the time. To watch the ball onto your padel, so you can hit cleanly and consistently. Even your focus and shot selection are completely dependent on vision.
This isn't a theory session, where you just sit listening to me... You're going to go through a series of brain activation drills and my goal is for everyone to be able to see more clearly or have better by the end of the session!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Neuro Pickleball Challenge is for pickleball players that are looking for a way to improve their game and reach a higher level. It doesn't matter what level you currently play at, if you are motivated to improve, you'll love this challenge.
The aim is for the session to take between 60 and 90 minutes. The exact length of the sessions will vary because you'll be going through exercises, and it depends on how much help people need with them.
We'll also be doing a Q & A at the end of each session, so the number of questions will affect the length of the session.
The Challenge is being held on zoom. Once you register for the Challenge, you'll receive a zoom link enabling you to join the sessions.
You can log into zoom via a web browser, but for the best experience, it's preferable to download the app to your computer. Also, for the best experience, it's better to watch on a laptop (or at least tablet) rather than a mobile phone.
Because there are only 100 places available on the Zoom call, I ask that you don't register if you can't attend the sessions live.
